After many attempts with different trainers, we found the right one.
He has a lot of expertise and a lot of experience with dogs. He always adapts to the dog, as each dog has its own character.
His methods had an immediate impact on our dog and helped us. Francisco Navarro is very open and always helpful. You can ask him anything and he always has good, appropriate answers that will help you personally.

A great trainer for the dog and the person at the other end of the leash. Francisco works in a very solution-oriented manner and deals with each problem individually. Right from the first conversation, Francisco emphasized and re-enforced our own goal -- to have a well mannered dog, and everything we've learned since has been exactly that. The training (we are doing it online) has been amazing.
Francisco is a super listener. He has tons of patience (and welcomes) our questions. He watches carefully how we are doing with our training and always has gentle suggestions on how to improve.
He has also taught us so much about reading our puppy's signals (we are new dog owners), from reading when she is tired of playing to when she no longer is having fun (say, with other dogs); and he's given us suggestions of how to introduce her to the things or situatkons that overwhelm her.
We are in awe at how our puppy is responding to this training. We cannot recommend Francisco and his school enough.

Francisco helped me to understand my dog better. I have a very anxious mini Aussie lady. She is afraid of people and dogs and sometimes reacted aggressively. After a while, it wasn't just my dog who was afraid, I also became more and more insecure... Francisco never made me feel like he was judging me. With his patience and his incredibly calm demeanor, he calmed me and my dog down very quickly. You can tell that he has a lot of experience with dogs. The tricks he gave me and the exercises for my posture were super helpful. My dog and I have made huge progress. And I am incredibly grateful to Francisco for that.
